Online orders will be processed at the beginning of each week and shipped out every Thursday. Any orders received Thursday or later, will be processed the following week and shipped the following Thursday, as scheduled. 

Merchandise orders will be shipped every Thursday.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at hello@wildercoffeeroasters.com. We’ll do our best to set things right.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we can not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. Our return policy pertains strictly to merchandise. However, if you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact us immediately. If something doesn't taste as expected, we want to know. We are constantly cupping our coffees for quality, future roasts, and blend progression. It is important you contact us within one month of the coffee being roasted. 

We want to make our customers happy, and do what is fair. Each case is different, and we consider them on that basis. We are grateful for your business so please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues.
